Many lower carbon technologies continue to benefit from government incentives to make them cost-competitive with conventional technologies.

Kelowna has financially supporting numerous existing provincial and utility rebate programs with "top-up" incentives. Opportunities for top-up incentives will continue pending future budget approval.
