CL2.4Create a cross-departmental climate/ sustainability team to collaborate and champion the implementation of policies, projects and plans that will address climate change.

The actions in the CRKS cover a wide array of topics that extend beyond the scope of the Climate Action & Environmental Stewardship Department. Creating a cross-departmental team that meets regularly can help ensure knowledge and buy-in to implementation of the CRKS.

An internal Climate Action Team was formed in early 2025 and has been meeting on a quarterly basis.
